Increasingly more voices can be heard alerting to the need for drastic change in the way humans relate to nature. One of these points of views suggests reinventing the relationship between rural and urban areas, while placing emphasis on the importance of rural zones and promoting a more conscious and respectful relationship with the environment. Other points of views rooted in moral philosophy directly advocate for measures prohibiting the consumption of meat, asserting that animals have a series of rights that must be respected.

In this dialogue with Vanessa Freixa, generator of critical thinking on rurality, and Gretchen Daily, cofounder of Natural Capital Project and moderated by journalist Magda Bandera, each speaker will present their views and compare their points of convergence to help us imagine a more sustainable world.
