After saying goodbye as the comedy duo at the head of Oye Polo, one of the most successful podcasts in Catalan in recent years, Maria Rovira (Oye Sherman) and Ana Polo meet again at the Biennial of Thought. In commemoration of the National Day of Spain on 12 October, they will talk about humour as a tool for countering hate speech. Along with them will be Rocío Quillahuaman, illustrator and author of the book Marrón (Blackie Books, 2022), a feminist and anti-racist story in which she narrates her own experience migrating from Lima to Barcelona.
